Kakwanga Islamic Relief is a registered Community-Based Organization (CBO) in Uganda, committed to uplifting vulnerable groups through humanitarian aid, empowerment, and sustainable development.

If you upload images, avoid uploading with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

  • Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-ups automatically.

  • For registered users, personal information is stored in their user profile. Users may view, edit, or delete their information anytime (except usernames).

  • Website administrators can also view and edit this information.


What rights you have over your data

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Correct inaccuracies

  • Request deletion of your data (where legally permitted)

  • Request data portability in a machine-readable format
