Access to clean water remains one of the most pressing challenges in Kameruka and surrounding areas. Many families still rely on contaminated sources, leading to widespread illness, poor hygiene, and missed school days. Kakwanga Islamic Relief is working to change this through our Water Infrastructure Expansion appeal. We aim to construct new wells and boreholes to bring safe, reliable water closer to those who need it most.

Our water projects are part of our Sadaqah Jariyah initiative, offering donors the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy. Each borehole is strategically placed to serve schools, mosques, and households, reducing the burden on women and children who often walk long distances to fetch water. These projects not only improve health outcomes but also restore dignity and free up time for education and economic activities.
